8 Bishopsgate awarded Best Building in the World

8 Bishopsgate is a 50-storey commercial office for Mitsubishi Estate London Limited located in the City of London’s ‘cluster’ of tall buildings, and has recently been awarded the overall winner of Best Tall Building in the World by Height 200-299m at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards Dinner 2024.

8 Bishopsgate was also awarded Best Project for Sustainable Planning in the London Planning Awards 2024. This landmark 50-storey tower on the corner of Bishopsgate and Leadenhall Street, is the first tower in the City to achieve BREAAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating.
